At TAMZO Foods, customer satisfaction, product quality, and food safety are our priorities. We take care to ensure that our spices are hygienically packed and securely delivered.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the consumable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, personal taste preferences, or products that have been opened or used.

However, customers may request a replacement or refund in the following situations:

• The product received is damaged or leaking.

• An incorrect product has been delivered.

• The product is expired at the time of delivery.

• The product has a verified quality or packaging defect.

2. Reporting an Issue

Customers should contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report a problem.

Please provide:

• Order number

• Photographs of the product and packaging

• A brief description of the issue

• An unboxing video, if available

An unboxing video is helpful but is not mandatory for submitting a complaint.

3. Refunds and Replacements

Once the complaint has been reviewed and approved, TAMZO Foods will offer an appropriate refund or replacement.

Approved refunds will generally be initiated within 5–7 business days to the original payment method, where supported. The time required for the amount to appear may depend on the payment provider or bank.

4. Non-Returnable Products

For food safety and hygiene reasons, opened, used, or tampered products are generally not eligible for return unless they are defective, unsafe, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise covered by applicable consumer law.

5. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before an order is dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Customers may still contact us regarding delivery problems or eligible refund requests.

6. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable Indian consumer protection laws.
